About These Terms and Conditions

This Website and the Raffle Service are provided by Dufry Sofia OOD (“we/us/our”). We are a company registered in Bulgaria and our registered office is at Sofia, 1 Brussels Blvd, Rhenus Logistics Office Building, floor 2. When we refer to “you” and “your” we mean the user of our Website and/or the Raffle Service.

These are the Terms which apply to your use of our Website and your participation in the Raffle Service. By using our Website and/or participating in the Raffle Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or participate in the Raffle Service. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before using the Website or participating in the Raffle Service.

These Terms will apply to any contract between us which may be formed under the terms and conditions agreed by us when you access our Website and/or when you participate in the Raffle Service.

These Terms only apply to your viewing and use of this Website and participation in the Raffle Service. If you use one of the links on this Website to visit one of our partner websites, please note that when you’re viewing these websites, any purchases made through them will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

When the following words with capital letters are used in these Terms, this is what they mean:

• “Products” refers to any of the products featured on our Website or included in a purchase.

• “Raffle Service” refers to the service offered by us via our Website and advertised in our store or on any of our websites as 'Raffle Service', which allows you to enter our online raffle after spending 50 euros in our store.

• “Terms” refers to these terms and conditions and/or any updates and/or any amendments thereto and the other documents referred to in it, including our Privacy Policy.

• “Website” refers to our website at www.shopdutyfree.com.

When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these Terms, this will include email correspondence unless stated otherwise.

 

Participation in the Raffle

 

Eligibility

Participation in the Raffle Service is available to all individuals worldwide who are legally able to participate in such raffles in accordance with their local laws and regulations. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction if older. Employees of NUANCE BG AD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

Entry Requirements

To participate in the Raffle, you must make a purchase of at least 50 euros in our airport duty-free store. Each participant is entitled to only one entry per raffle. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. The purchase must be made in a single transaction.

 

How to Enter

Upon making a qualifying purchase, you will receive a unique raffle entry code. You must visit our Website and enter the code along with your purchase details to register for the raffle. Entries must be submitted within the promotional period specified for each raffle. Late entries will not be accepted.

 

Raffle Prizes

Prizes for the raffle include, but are not limited to:

1. A grand prize as advertised for each specific raffle.

2. 20% discount on your next purchase in our store.

 

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will be conducted by an independent adjudicator or a computerized random selection method. The decision of the adjudicator is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners.

 

Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the raffle draw. The notification will include details on how to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected at random.

 

Claiming Prizes

Prizes must be claimed in person at the specified location or through a method agreed upon with our customer support team. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and the original purchase receipt to claim their prize. All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification unless otherwise specified.

 

Privacy and Data Protection

By participating in the Raffle Service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will be used for the purpose of administering the raffle and for marketing purposes if you have opted in to receive marketing communications from us.

General Terms

 

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend and/or update these Terms from time to time. Any such changes will take effect immediately when posted on our Website. Your continued use of our Website and participation in the Raffle Service signifies your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms.

 

Limitation of Liability

Subject to applicable law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Raffle Service, including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. You and we both agree to submit any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

Final Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your rights and obligations in respect to your access to our Website and participation in the Raffle Service. Any failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

 

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court or competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, acts of God, war, terrorism, and any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

Third-Party Rights

No person other than you and us shall have any rights to enforce any of these Terms.
